Kenya Medical eTA Your Guide for Healthcare Travel (1 อ่าน)

If you are traveling to Kenya for medical treatment, consultations, or healthcare services, you will need this specific travel authorization before your departure. The application asks for a clear passport scan with at least six months validity, a recent photo, confirmed accommodation, flight or cruise bookings, and a medical referral letter from a licensed healthcare provider in your home country referring you for treatment in Kenya. The single entry medical eTA allows a 90 day stay within a 90 day validity period, while the multiple entry option covers a full year with 90 days per visit. I found theKenya Medical eTA section helpful for understanding the document checklist and processing options. Standard processing takes 3 to 5 days, rush takes 2 to 3 days, and super rush gets you approval within 1 to 2 days. Just remember that this eTA is strictly for medical purposes and does not permit any form of employment. If you need to extend your stay beyond the permitted period, contact the Directorate of Immigration Services in Nairobi before your eTA expires. Carry a printed copy of your eTA along with your medical referral letter and other travel documents when you arrive. Also note that only US citizens can apply for the upcoming 5 year multiple entry option. Double check your eligibility and make sure all your documents are clear before you submit your application.
